First of all, I want to thank the hotel management for such an excellent service, all the staff who were responsive, receptive, always helpful. I thank everyone who cleaned the room, and I also want to specifically note that it was my birthday and the hotel management paid attention to this, even gave a small gift. Thank you so much for such care and service. Thanks to Xavier Fanlo, General Manager of the hotel, from whom I received a lovely postcard. You are great, will definitely visit you again. Good luck.

What would you highlight about NH Barcelona Stadium
Far from attractions but well connected.
The staff was polite and always had a fresh glass of water waiting for when we came back from the heat. They also accommodated our wish to be close to the elevator so we could take our puppy out more easily. They also provided a helpful guide of vets, parks, and pet friendly restaurants close to the hotel. The room was on the small side but had a balcony. The location was good. It was very close to a bus stop and a metro station, making it easy to get to more popular areas and attractions pretty easily.
The pet friendly amenities were non-existent. We weren't allowed with our small, well-behaved dog anywhere but our room, so we never saw the pool or gym or anything. Also, other NH hotels provide a doggie bed or something, but nothing was provided here. It seemed like the hotel hadn't been updated recently. The bathroom had some design issues that made it flood whenever we took a shower.

Good
Food and service in the restaurant was lovely! The roof top bar was also a fantastic surprise - great views in the evening.
The bathroom only had a shower which after 5 min in it flooded the whole bathroom!!!! When we have advised the reception of the problem - no one has even appologized...
